Rates & Availability

Prices are per week, from Saturday to Saturday. Including gas, water and electricity.
Prices do not include mandatory cleaning and linen costs of €325,- and a deposit of €600,-.
Linen includes: kitchen towels, shower towels, duvet covers, and beach towels.
The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the down payment (40% of the total rental price).
The remaining amount, 60% of the rental fee and the deposit must be paid 5 weeks before arrival.
In case of a booking that crosses months, the rate of the month in which most days of this booking fall is leading.
